Dr. Ashley Loveless, DrPH, MPH currently serves as the Director of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for Adams County Government. She is also the Director of Substance Use Initiatives at High Level Health Solutions.
She is a public health practitioner and systems leader focused on harm reduction, overdose prevention, substance use, and criminal justice.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health at Northeastern University and later completed a Master of Public Health at University of New England followed by a Doctor of Public Health at Medical College of Wisconsin.
She held roles as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Medical University of South Carolina before becoming a Harm Reduction Volunteer at Steady Collective.
Ashley later transitioned to a HIV Project Manager at Mile High Behavioral Healthcare. She’s also worked as a Viral Hepatitis Prevention Coordinator – Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, a Public Health Analyst – CDC Foundation (Overdose Response Strategy), and worked at the Trailhead Institute.
