Episode 129 of Public Health Careers:
Kathleen Lynch, MPH, CHES who works as a School Associate Specialist Epidemiology Supervisor contracting for a state Health Department. She is an artist, educator, and advocate for a world free of financial and socioeconomic barriers to healthy lifestyles.
She got her bachelors in Exercise & Nutritional Sciences & Physical Education at San Diego State University and her Master of Public Health at East Stroudsburg University. During her MPH, she was a Graduate Research Assistant at East Stroudsburg University and a Community Health Program Evaluation Intern then moved into a Patient Access Representative at a Regional Health Network.
After graduating, she became an Epidemiologist at the same regional health network. Kathleen then became an Adjunct Instructor for both East Stroudsburg University and Muhlenberg College. Kathleen was then promoted to the Manager of Oncology Patient Support Services.
Kathleen currently works as a School Associate Epidemiologist at a State Health Department contracted through InGenesis Inc. She is also taking part in the Leaders of Impact by the American Heart Association.
