Episode XX of Public Health Careers:

Calbeth Alaribe, MPH, MS, PA is the Co-founder & CEO of CoyFish. She is also the Co-founder & Co-chair for Women in Global Health Nigeria. She is an accomplished and innovative global health program leader who is passionate about medicine, global healthcare management, and social entrepreneurship.

Calbeth got her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Nevada – Reno and she got a Minor in Human Development & Family Studies. She then went on to get her Master of Public Health at Emory University. She utilized the block credit system to take more credits than the typical MPH student and gain broader knowledge and experience.

Calbeth then became the Chapter Development Lead at Women in Global Health. She was then able to become a health care/public health speaker. She then decided to pursue her Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies degree at Morehouse School of Medicine where she recently graduated.

Calbeth then become the Co-owner and Vice President of Health Care Operation at Beta Home Care Services, LLC. Then transitioned into a Strategy Consultant role. She sits on the Advisory Board of Women in Global Health Georgia. Then become the Co-Founder/Co-Chair of Women in Global Health Nigeria.

Calbeth and her team won the 2020 MIT Hacking Racism in Health Care competition. From this work, she then Co-Founded the Health Tech organization, CoyFish where they work to bridge the gap for equitable patients-provider relationships where she is the CEO.
