Raven Harris, MHA is a leadership coach helping high achievers lead in life and career. She runs her own company, Activate the Dream, LLC where she is the CEO and Leadership Coach.
Raven got her Bachelors of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences at Cornell University. During her time, she was a Cornell Tradition Fellow and a Cornell Health Podiatry Apprenticeship. She was also able to do a travel abroad in Nicaragua where she worked alongside a health care team to build a latrine and did educational courses.
She then graduated and began her Master of Health Care Administration (MHA) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her time in the MHA program, she was a Regional Administration Resident at Sutter Health in California and a Support Associate at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After her MHA, she was selected to be an Executive Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine.
Raven moved on to DaVita Kidney Care where she was the Hospital Services Administrator. She then transitioned into the Chief Operating Officer (COO) role at Select Speciality Hospital where she had to better learn how to manage personnel.
Raven stayed in the COO position until she transitioned into her own business. It began as Raven M. Harris Coaching where she was the Coach and Strategist and then it transitioned into Activate the Dream, LLC. At Activate the Dream, Raven is the CEO and Leadership Coach.
