Erin Smith, MPH is a Senior Patient Engagement Manager at AllStripes where they are working on treatments for rare disease.

Erin started her first collegiate year at Community college before transitioning into Michigan State University (MSU) where she pursued her Bachelors of Sciences in Dietetics and Health Promotion. During her time here, she was able to do a Food Law Study Abroad Experience through MSU where she finished her degree in Europe.

After graduating, Erin was had a part-time job into a Health Educator role for the Center for Sexual Health Promotion. She then went onto her Master of Public Health at Boston University in the concentration of Social & Behavioral Sciences. She shares her proactive approach to choosing a MPH program in the podcast. Throughout her MPH, Erin was a Curriculum Coordinator, a Teaching Assistant, a guest Lecturer, and a Research Associate at the Center for Research Education Development Center.

After graduation, she was able to get a job at the same site during her MPH as a Associate Project Director at the Education Development Center. She was also promoted into a Project Director role where she developed more personnel management skills.

Erin currently works as a Senior Program Manager where she currently works with AllStripes.
