Alexandra Piatkowski, MPH, PMP® is Founder & CEO of Piat Public Health.
Piat Public Health is a consultancy that partners with public health, healthcare, and social impact organizations to conduct community health needs assessments, strategic planning, and evaluations that center both data and community voice.
She conferred a Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies at University of Waterloo. While here she had several co-op opportunities. Including as a Project Coordinator at Trillium Health Partners, a Project Coordinator role at Health Canada, and a Research Assistant position at Cancer Care Ontario.
Alexandra conferred a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology at the University of Toronto Dalla Lana School of Public Health. During her time in her MPH, she held two practicum positions. One as an Epidemiologist at Public Health Ontario and another as a Program Evaluator at Amplify Care.
After graduation, she transitioned into a full-time position at Amplify Care. And then she worked as an Epidemiologist and Project Manager at Health Commons Solutions Lab. She then was a Program Manager at the Geriatric Emergency Medicine at University Health Network where she spearheaded Canada’s first accredited emergency department for older adults.
Alexandra then moved into roles as as Senior Public Health Consultant & later Director of Operations at Moxley Public Health.
She now is Founder and CEO of Piat Public Health.
