Taylor Rich, MPH, LADC-I, CCHW is Director of STEM and Leadership at Girls Inc of Worcester while also being a student in a Doctor of Health Sciences in Public Health at Bay Path University. She is a leader in program implementation and evaluation, specifically around programs of child health equity and employment equity, in youth serving organizations.

Taylor got her Associates of Science in Health Sciences at Fisher College before working as a Behavioral Health Care Coordinator at Central Community Health Partnership. She also received a certificate in substance abuse/addiction counseling at Westfield State University and is trained in Reiki II – Whole Body Healing.

She then got her Bachelor in Counseling Psychology at Bay Path University. She became a Suicide Preventionist during this time and went on to become certified Community Health Worker through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Taylor then got her Master of Public Health at Bay Path University. During her time here, she worked as a Social Worker at Massachusetts Department of Children and Family, as a Public Health Program Evaluator & Grant Writer at Living in Freedom Together, conducting program evaluation on the BRAVE employment equity pilot program, and worked on SAMHSA and ARPA grants.

Taylor works as Director of STEM and Leadership at Girls Inc of Worcester. She is also pursuing a Doctor of Health Sciences in Public Health at Bay Path University.

She has also received certificates & licenses in Youth Mental Health First Aid and in License Alcohol and Drug Counselor-1 from the Bureau of Substance Abuse Services.
