Nia Smart is Founder & CEO of  Smart Public Health Consulting where they are Increasing Health Education and Health Literacy in Underserved and Underrepresented Communities.

She also works as Collaborator + Consultant at WE Public Health LLC.

Nia is driven by her passion for promoting health equity for historically marginalized communities and is a seasoned public health professional with a proven track record of collaborating with federal, state, and local partners to address critical health disparities.

She conferred a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Pre-occupational Therapy Studies at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

Nia Smart worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Heritage Care & Rehab and  Hopewell Senior Care. She then served as a Public Health Associate at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Later, she held roles such as Adolescent and Adult Immunization Coordinator at the New Hampshire Department of PH, Vaccine Program Manager at the  CDC Foundation, and Access and Inclusion Project Manager at the  CDC Foundation. Currently, she is the Founder & CEO of  Smart Public Health Consulting and also collaborates with WE Public Health LLC as a Consultant.
