Kaitlin V. Cartoccio, MPH, MCHES, DRCC is a Community Program Coordinator and Health Educator at Bernards Township Health Department. She is a proud member of the de Beaumont Foundation 2020 40 Under 40 in Public Health.
Kaitlin began her collegiate career at Raritan Valley Community College before completing her Bachelors of Science in Public Health at Temple University. During her time at Temple, she was a Volunteer at Women’s Anonymous Test Site, an Intern at Bernards Township Health Department, as well as an Intern at Risk Communication Lab.
She went on to pursue her Master of Public Health at Rutgers University. During her time there she was a Fieldwork Student at the Rutgers School of Public Health and a Student Volunteer at Rutgers University where she did Outreach work in the Dominican Republic.
After graduating, she has been a Community Program Coordinator at her internship site, Bernards Township Health Department. Kaitlin is the Membership Chair for New Jersey’s Society of Public Health Educators (SOPHE). She has also gotten certifications in Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), and a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC).
Kaitlin was also proudly awarded 2020 40 Under 40 in Public Health from the de Beaumont Foundation.
