André is the Founder and CEO of Onboard Health, a specialized executive search and advisory firm focused on creating a more inclusive future of health. A pioneering strategist with deep ties across the healthcare innovation, startup and digital strategy landscapes — he is dedicated to building the future of health through an equity lens. His work and insights have been featured in Fortune, Forbes, NPR, U.S. News and World Report. He was recently named a Fortune Magazine 2020 40 Under 40 in Healthcare.

André got his Bachelor of Science in Public and Community Health at University of Maryland College Park where he switched from a Engineering major. During his time in undergraduate, he was a research assistant at Westat. André was asked to do the 2016 commencement speech for University of Maryland because of is nontraditional path in public health.

After graduating, André was a Take Leader at American Institutes for Research and then an Account Executive at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide before he began his company Principal Pulse + Signal. André was a Mentor for Backstage Capital, a venture capital firm focused on empowering and funding BIPOC in the startup realm.

André is the founder and CEO of Onboard Health where they are working towards a more equitable future for health. Onboard Health is focused on connecting, equipping and launching persons into the startup/technology realm. He was recently named a 2020 Fortune Magazine 40 Under 40 in Healthcare.
