He leads prevention-focused strategies to address targeted violence, extremism, and community safety.
He conferred a Bachelor of English SUNY Buffalo. Followed by a Master’s in Emergency and Disaster Management at Metropolitan College of NY.
He has worked at various municipal settings using his violence prevention strategy. With decades of experience across FEMA, Homeland Security, and the State Department, he bridges public health and national security to build human-centered, community-rooted solutions.
In wanting to fill more prevention gaps in the work, Robert founded TVTP Solutions where he works to build safer communities through more human-focused, prevention-driven strategies to targeted violence.
