Dayna Gowan is Speaker, Improviser & Facilitator of Fun at Improvly Speaking.

She also has a background and love for employee wellness, and she also currently works as a Health and Wellness Manager at Keenan, a California insurance broker. 

Public speaking and improvisation skills have changed her life making her a more confident speaker, colleague, and friend.

She conferred a Bachelor of Exercise Science at University of South Carolina while working as a Fitness Consultant at Elmwood Fitness Center during summers.

And a Master of Public Health with a focus on Physical Activity & Public Health at University of South Carolina. During this time, she interned and worked as a Student Intern and Part-Time Trainer at Verizon Wireless Employee Wellness Center, a Personal Trainer at  Pivotal Fitness, a Practicum Student at Girls on the Run of Columbia, and a Graduate Assistant for Campus Wellness Faculty and Staff at University of South Carolina Student Health Services.

After completing her MPH, she briefly worked as a Wellness Coordinator at a small insurance broker before becoming a Health Promotions Coordinator at BlueShield of South Carolina.
