Halina Chief Operations Officer for Population Health at Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands.
She is also currently an American Hospital Association Next Generation Leaders Fellowship
Halina is a proud daughter and innovative leader of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands. She is passionate about strengthening, empowering, and improving the health and health systems of her community.
She conferenced a Bachelors in Sociology and Psychology at Portland State University. She worked as a Public Health Quality Coordinator at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, before being promoted to Corporate Quality Performance Manager.
She completed a Master of Public Health at American Public University while serving as a Veteran Service Care Coordinator.
Halina became the Chief of Outpatient Clinic Services at the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation and later participated in a fellowship with ASTHO and the Satcher Health Leadership Institute.
She later joined the American Hospital Association Next Generation Leaders Fellowship.
