Heidi Berthoud, MPH is Principle & Founder of Heidi Berthoud Consulting LLC where they help health focused nonprofits, public health departments and social change organizations demonstrate impact and improve health outcomes through better data collection and storytelling. She is working to improve health, eliminate inequities, dismantle oppressive systems, and make data accessible.

She got her Bachelors in History at Seattle Pacific University. During her time here, she got a certificate in theological studies at Portantorchas in San Jose, Costa Rica.

After graduating, Heidi worked as a Community Clinic Coordinator at Bastyr University, then as an emergency medical technician at Tri-Med Ambulance. She then worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Allied Scientists to Help Minimize Asthma Inc.

Heidi went on to get her Master of Public Health (MPH) at University of Washington School of Public Health. During her time here, she worked as an administrator/analyst at University of Washington’s IRB and earned a graduate certificate in Global Health.

After graduating from her MPH, she became a research associate & project manager at Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute. She then moved on to a State Impact Officer at Upstream USA where she was promoted to the Washington Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning.

Heidi then started independent consulting before founding Heidi Berthoud Consulting LLC where they help health focused nonprofits, public health departments and social change organizations demonstrate impact and improve health outcomes through better data collection and storytelling
