Dr. Ayanna Robinson, PhD, MPH is the founder of Black Girls’ Breastfeeding Club LLC & the bEarth Work App. She also works as a Program Evaluator at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Ayanna got her Bachelors Degree in Biology at Spelman College. She then went on to get her Master of Public Health at Morehouse School of Medicine. She was able to secure an ORISE Fellowship as a Public Health Analyst at the Office on Smoking and Health at the CDC. After graduating, Ayanna was able to get a Program Evaluator position with the Division of Health Promotion and Wellness at Army Institute of Public Health.
She then went on to get another ORISE Fellowship in Research and Evaluation at the Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention. She then continued into this position Consultant with Chenega Government Consulting LLC stationed at the CDC Division of HIV/AIDS Prevention.
Ayanna then went on to get her PhD in Health Promotion at University of Georgia. During this time she was a Graduate Research Assistant at UGA College of Public Health as well as an Evaluation Subcontractor at Creative Research Solutions LLC. Ayanna also founded Black Girls’ Breastfeeding Club LLC and the bEarth Work App which she continues to work deeply in today.
She also currently works as a Program Evaluator at the CDC.
