Brittaney Jenkins, BS, CHES is CEO of Jenkins Public Health Consulting.

She has over 20 years of experience spanning health care, public health, and entrepreneurship. Leading innovating initiatives across chronic disease & injury prevention, program design & delivery, strategic partnerships, and community outreach.

Brittaney started off her journey in nursing at Indiana State University before switching transferring into the Bachelors of Science in Public Health Science & Interpersonal Relations at Ball State University. She is also Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) and Child Passenger Safety Technician.

She began her career as an Environmental Health Specialist at Marion County Public Health Department. From this she then worked as a Community Health Screener and later a Chronic Disease Health Educator and Communications Specialist at Marion County Public Health Department. Brittaney held the position as Chair of Smoke Free Indy Coalition.

Brittaney later worked as Director of Community Outreach at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She then was Co-chair of the Toxicology Board of Directors at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Brittaney now works as CEO and Strategic Director of Jenkins Public Health Consulting where she is focused on helping health organizations strengthen their efforts to advance equitable health outcomes and systems-level change.
