Ajay is a Climate & Crisis Preparedness Senior Program Associate at the National Network of Public Health Institutes.
He seeks to advance public health disaster preparedness and climate change resiliency in underserved communities across the United States. Having a background in Exercise Science and Emergency Services before focusing more on environmental health and the intersection with public health.
He conferred a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at The George Washington University. Then a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health at The George Washington University.
Throughout his undergraduate studies, Ajay had a variety of prestigious jobs and internships such as a Research Assistant (Neuroscience Lab) at Children’s National Health System, Emergency Medical Technician at the American Medical Response, South Country Ambulance, & Emergency Medical Response Group, and, Telecommunications Specialist & EMT at GW Medical Faculty Associates-Department of Emergency Medicine.
