Dr. Annette Padilla, PhD, MPH, sMBA currently works as an Associate at Interim Public Management, Chair, Grants Committee US Dept Health & Human Services, Family and Youth Services Bureau, and a Substitute Teacher Pre-School & K-12 at Mesa Public Schools.

She is a drug problem prevention expert using policy and strategic planning to drive forward social justice. She is a Evaluator, Director, Leader, Federal, State, & Local Government Manager & Consultant, a Policy Scientist & Expert Strategic Planner.

Annette received her Bachelors in Health Education from San Diego State University. During her time here, she served in several roles.

These roles included Youth for Understanding foreign exchange program to Germany, Certified Nursing Assistant at Beverly, and as a Community Organizer at UC San Diego Extension.

She then continued on to get her Master of Public Health at San Diego State University. While she was here, she had roles as Health Educator at Health Center Partners of Southern California and as a Community Organizer at Pathfinders of San Diego Inc.

Annette graduated and started her first post-grad role as Director of YMCA of Orange County. She then became Program Coordinator/Student Health Services Prevention at California State University, Long Beach and then Director of Century City Equal Opportunity.

She continued on to be a Grassroots Organizer for LA County (Public Policy and Public Affairs) for California Association of Health Facilities and a Training and Technical Assistance Project Manager/Development Officer/Consultant at Institute for Public Strategies, and later a Data Management Specialist, Underage Drinking Initiative at SDSU Research Foundation.

Annette started her consulting company, Padilla Consulting, in 2005 and did work all throughout 2022.

She then decided to pursue a PhD in Public Policy and Administration, Nonprofit Management and Leadership at Walden University. While she pursued her PhD, she was a Consultant, Subject Matter Expert for US Department of Justice and a Representative for USA at FasterCapital.

Annette held an Interim Town Manager role for the Town of Millinocket Maine. She also taught business and English overseas in China, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea.

She currently works as Associate at Interim Public Management, Chair, Grants Committee US Department of Health & Human Services, Family and Youth Services Bureau through F2 Solutions, and as a Substitute Teacher Pre-School & K-12 at Mesa Public Schools.
