Sarah Grant, MPH, CHES, CDCES is a Consultant Program Manager at Unstukk Ltd. She’s an experienced public health professional and contractor.

Sarah conferred a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at Oakwood University. During her time here she was a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy.

She continued on to work as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS while pursing a degree at Pharmacy School which she was unable to complete as she talks about on the show.

Sarah decided to pursue a Master of Public Health at Northern Illinois University. During her time here she as a Health Promotion Intern at Oakhurst Medical Centers (now MedCura Health).

After graduating, Sarah worked at Four Corners Primary Care Centers as a Patient Educator/Vaccine Coordinator/Pharmacy Technician.

She then went on to work as a Freelance Health Education and Resource Development Officer in Chronic Diseases at Black Beetle Health. She then moved into a Contracted Project Manager for chronic disease management at Black Beetle Health.

Sarah then took on a role as a volunteer Grant Writer at Genuine Academy to build her grant writing skills. She also had several roles at Diabetes “You Can Win” Foundation as a Diabetes Educator/Lifestyle Coach and then a Program Coordinator.

After this, Sarah became a part-time Diabetes Educator at GNR Public Health. She then transitioned into a few roles at GNR Public Health including part-time Chronic Disease Educator/Program Coordinator and then as a Chronic Disease Program Manager.

Sarah currently works as a Consultant Program Manager at Unstukk Ltd.
