Angela N. Frazier, MPH, is the Founder and President of Sisters in Public Health. She also works as a Delivery Systems Reform Incentive Payment Project Manager at Harris Health System and is the Author for A Kids Book About Suicide. She is a mental health advocate, entrepreneur, author, and public health professional.
Angela got her Bachelors Degree in Health Services/Allied Health at Portland State University. After graduating, she became a Community Operation Coordinator at AmeriCorps VISTA in the Black Parent Initiative and then went on to become a Grants & Communications Coordinator at Bradley Angle.
Angela then completed her Master of Public Health at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UT Houston). Throughout her time here she was a Project Coordinator at UT Health School of Public Health, Executive Director for UT Houston Student Association, an Administrative Intern at Houston Methodist, and a Community Benefit Analyst at Catholic Health Initiatives.
After graduating, Angela became an Administrative Coordinator at Houston Methodist before being promoted to the Volunteer Coordinator. Angela began Sisters in Public Health during her time in her Master of Public Health which then was created into a nonprofit after graduating.
Angela is currently the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Project Manger at Harris Health System. She is also the author for A Kids Book About Suicide.
